Tempur-Pedic and StrategyOne have found parents wake up AT LEAST 53 minutes earlier than their children to ensure they make it to school on time!
That├óΓé¼Γäós 9,540 minutes of sleep lost per school year for parents, which equals nearly an entire week’s worth of sleep.
Yikes! We probably owe our parents a thousand more thank you’s than we ever thought to give!
Kids between the ages of 5 and 18 aren’t helping parents productivity either because another Tempur-Pedic/StrategyOne survey found 1 out of 4 Americans feel that not getting enough sleep was one of their biggest challenges to function.
Other’s felt a lack of exercise, nutrition, or proper skin care prevented them from full function and feeling their best.
