Four Loko Has To Change Their Labels

Four Loko Cans Change
Four Loko, which seems like the drink that every parental watch dog and committee loves to hate, has to change their labels to include comparisons.
What does that mean? It means that they have to, in addition to the content percentage, compare the contents to how many regular beers it would be. Kinda like: “This can has as much alcohol as 4 regular (12 oz. 5 percent alc/vol) beers.”
Four Loko doesn’t agree with it, but will comply because hey, if someone reads that one can of something equals four or five of somethings else, does that really stop them? Probably the opposite. Also they don’t like to make a fuss when it comes to regulations.

“Even though we reached an agreement, we don’t share the FTC’s perspective, and we disagree with their allegations.”

Plus, on their own, they’re redesigning the cans to be resealable so people don’t have to drink it all at once. Because that’s totally not what they want to do. Nope.
