Tom Sandoval is making more allegations about Victoria Lee Robinson.
As we previously reported, the Vanderpump Rules alum obtained a temporary restraining order against his ex-girlfriend and her father, Will Robinson, in June following an alleged domestic violence dispute at their shared home in the Hollywood Hills earlier that month. Security footage from the night of June 3 showed Sandoval getting physical with Will when the dad stepped in during a heated argument between the couple outside the house. The reality star then pushed him into a lit fire pit before running inside.
According to Sandoval, Will allegedly followed him and punched a hole through his bedroom door, and a drunken Victoria hit him in the head so hard he “sustained a bruise near [his] temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from [his] ear and neck,” and his vision was impacted. And this allegedly wasn’t the first time she got physical with him.

In a new declaration submitted on Monday amid their ongoing legal battle and obtained by TMZ, Tom alleged Victoria attacked him in October while he was on tour with his band Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras in Florida. He claimed after the concert ended, the model “kicked me repeatedly in the groin area while hurling expletives and insults toward me in the presence of my band mates, tour crew and fans.”
Earlier that night, Victoria allegedly had “consumed drugs and alcohol to the point that venue security personnel had to physically carry her from the concert venue back to the tour bus.” Sandoval claimed when he returned to the tour bus to check on her, “she kicked my groin area with her legs and yelled insults such as ‘You have a tiny f**king penis! F**k you!'”

The Traitors alum alleged that multiple venues also expressed concern about Victoria as she invited fans backstage to use drugs with her. In fact, her behavior allegedly became so troubling that his band manager and musical director “expressed that they wanted to ban her from continuing on the tour.” Sandoval claimed Leonardo DiCaprio‘s ex created so much drama that he suffered from “distress and anxiety,” even feeling “frazzled” and “anxious” before his America’s Got Talent performance at the quarterfinals in August 2025. He also accused Victoria of repeatedly berating him with comments like he is “not a real man” and diminishing his self-confidence, and the only reason he stayed with her is that “she threatened to ruin my life if I left her.” Mentioning his ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix, Sandoval continued:
“[Victoria] repeatedly told me and others that she would destroy my life and ‘get the Ariana [Madix] treatment,’ referring to the public attention and career opportunities my former girlfriend received after our breakup.”
However, Victoria denied the new accusations! She told TMZ in a statement:
“I did not kick Tom, and I did not touch him. I had taken a shot and asked him to take care of me; he chose not to. I went back to bed on the bus and asked him to keep the noise down. That’s what actually happened. I am trying to move on with my life, and I keep getting pulled back into this.”
