Ouch!
Former Penn State coach Joe Paterno is in the hospital after fracturing his pelvis during a fall in his home on Saturday.
The fall is only more bad luck for the legendary college football coach. Not only was he fired thanks to the Jerry Sandusky sex scandal, but he’s fighting lung cancer as well!
Thankfully for JoePa, no surgery will be needed, but he will remain in the hospital as his condition stabilizes.
With everything going on in the 85-year-old’s life, this is probably the last thing he needed. We’re glad to hear he’s okay and wish him a speedy recovery so he can continue his lung cancer treatments.
