Lauren Conrad Loves Her Kale!

FACT: Lauren Conrad loves kale!
So much so that she’s willing to order it specifically for pick up from restaurants — not just grab some at the store!
She was actually spotted at Napa Valley Grille in Westwood Village, Calif., picking up lunch to-go, which Executive Chef Taylor Boudreaux says was his signature kale salad with shrimp.
Mix that with riding her bike to the restaurant, and you have one heaaaaalthy meal!
