Stolen Meerkat Is Returned!

A meerkat that was stolen from the Kansas City Zoo is back home today!

Several days ago, zookeepers noticed that a meerkat was missing, they thought that a hawk may have swooped down and grabbed it.

Boy, were they wrong!

The meerkat was left in a glass aquarium in from of a pet store on Tuesday morning!

Maybe whoever stole it realized a meerkat, even though pretty cute, is not the best pet after all.
