First Lady Michelle Obama couldn’t help but smile when talking about the presidential pup, Bo, on Letterman!
Michelle had nothing but praise to give to the Portuguese water dog, saying:

“Bo is wonderful. He is the smartest dog on the planet.”

Bo is not JUST the Obama’s family dog — Mrs. O considers him more like an actual son!
