Countess LuAnn Preggers??

RHONY fans get your brown paper bags ready, a panic attack may be right around the conner!!
The klassiest woman in America, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps says she wants to get knocked up by her new boyfriend, Jacques.
In the preview she tells her man:

“There is nothing that would make me happier than having a baby together.”

LuAnn confirms that she has already discussed the possibility of having another baybay with her two existing children, Victoria and Noel. She admits:

“Well, you know what? We have talked about [having a baby]. We are thinking about it, and you will have to watch to see what happens. The good news is, I still can have children.”

OOOMMMGGGG!!!
There is a REAL possibility that the Countess is going to be preggers in season 5 of RHONY. So. Many. Emotions.
Should we be happy for her, or do U think this is for the cameras??
