You don’t mess with the Biebs!
Seriously, Justin Bieber is no joke, especially when it comes to the paparazzi.
And now he might be getting some much desired justice in a case where he was chased at a high speed by a paparazzo trying to snap a pic of the teen heartthrob.
You see, an appeals court has determined that photographer Paul Raef’s case should be sent back to the judge who threw out the reckless driving charges because the appeals court decided the California paparazzo law does not violate the 1st Amendment.
Hot damn, this could be bad news for paparazzi in El Lay!
Now, Judge Thomas Rubinson will have to either rethink his original ruling or affirm that throwing out the charges was the correct way to go.
Basically, he’s either a Belieber or not. LOLz!
The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office was fighting for the case to be heard once again and is happy with the outcome as they commented:
“The city attorney continues to believe that the law is constitutional, protects public safety and welcomes the notice issued by the appellate division. We look forward to another opportunity to hear the matter in the trial court.”
So, a trial?
Does that mean the Biebs will be making an appearance in court? Not that he should have to…
We’d just love to see him all dressed up in a suit and tie.
