Miley Cyrus Lets Kat Von D Brand Her! See The New Tattoo HERE!

When Deadmau5 and Liam Hemsworth are away, Kat Von D and Miley Cyrus will play!!!
And by play, we mean they “ratta-tat-tat” it up as Miley would say!!
Letting Kat ooze the black ink of permanence on the back of her right arm, Miley got two brand new arrows, courtesy of the LA Ink queen.
Miley posted the photo (above), super excited for her new tattoo, while Kat tweeted:
