We’re really not sure how this was even possible, but what can we do?!?
Oscar Pistorius has been battling for his freedom for over a week after he allegedly murdered his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, but since his lawyer, Barry Roux obviously did a hell of a job in court, the South African Magistrate, Desmond Nair granted Blade Runner BAIL.
Nair said:
├óΓé¼┼ôI├óΓé¼Γäóve come to a decision that ├óΓé¼┬ª the accused has made a case to be released on bail.”
After Pistorius’ freedom was announced, mixed emotions in the courtroom were heard, but the runner’s family was extremely happy.
However, even though Oscar knew all he had to do was pay his $112,000 bail, which he obviously has, it’s been reported that he looked very upset.
Hmm… Shouldn’t that have been a red flag?!?
The paralympian was then taken into a holding cell, where he waited to hear his bail conditions.
Nair is holding Pistorius responsible for paying up his bail, reporting to a police station twice a week, giving up his passports, staying away from witnesses, not drinking alcohol and to hand over his firearms.
We’re realllllly losing our minds over this, but because of how South Africa’s system works… this isn’t surprising.
Thoughts?!?
