Who could forget this absolutely adorbz speech?! This one definitely made our list for one of the best shout out moments in Oscar history! Her dad beaming with pride was too cute for words.
Cuba Gooding Jr., Best Supporting Actor for Jerry Maguire, 1996
And some more shout outs! Literally! Cuba got carried away with his Oscar speech back in ’96, but we can’t say we blame him! Leaving someone out of an acceptance speech can come back to haunt you! Ha!
Cher, Best Actress for Moonstruck, 1987
She’s a gracious queen. Do we even need to explain why this speech is one of our ultimate Oscar faves?! And that dress — SO epic!
Meryl Streep, Best Actress for The Iron Lady, 2012
Speaking of Mary Meryl, 30 years after her last Oscar victory, she finally won again last year for her role in The Iron Lady! Talk about an award well-deserved!

Oh, and then there was that time back in 2000 when Angelina creepily(?) professed her love for her brother and pretty much skeeved everyone out!
