How tear-jerkingly adorable was Ben Affleck‘s super-speedy acceptance speech at last night’s Oscars?!
And even though he referred to his marriage with the ever-stunning Jennifer Garner as “work,” Ben later clarified his comments in a post-Oscars interview.
The Argo director expressed:
“All marriages, all relationships to a certain extent, require your work. They require work and investment. We work on it together, we try our best, nobody’s perfect. I would be lying to you if I said that either she or I were. She’s more perfect than I am, I can tell you that. We do our best. She’s committed. She’s as committed as I am. We work together, we have three great kids.”

It’s always nice to hear celebs be honest about their lives, reminding us that they are simply people with fancy jobs who are just as emotional, volatile, and fragile as the rest of the human race!
But HOW DARE Ben refer to Jennifer Garner as anything OTHER than a flawless gem!!!
