Veronica Mars Gets A New Boyfriend In Veronica Mars Movie! More SPOILERS Here!

Marshmallows!!! Veronica Mars is totally happening with the official word from Warner Bros.!
But now for the real work… Show creator Rob Thomas has a long road ahead of him. It├óΓé¼Γäós not just about making the film but making a film fans will actually like LOVE!
No room for disappointment here. No room for $3.7 million Kickstarter refunds either, HA!
Rob said a cast reunion — what most of us really want to see — is in the works:

├óΓé¼┼ôIf we turn in a lousy movie, that would be a sad ending to the story….Fans want to see those all those characters back together again. And the reunion set piece allows me to do that.├óΓé¼┬¥

So far, only Kristen Bell has signed a contract joining the project, but we’re sure we’ll be getting the official word on former cast regulars.
Rob also revealed some upcoming SPOILERS! Here are the most important ones:

1. Veronica will have a new boyfriend! But it sadly will NOT be Logan Echolls (Jason Dohring), whom “she hasn’t seen in nine years.”
2. On Veronica’s last decade: ├óΓé¼┼ôShe transferred away from Hearst college after that freshman year and went up to Stanford and finished her undergraduate degree. And then she went to Columbia Law School. She├óΓé¼Γäós certainly been back to Neptune from time to time to see her dad and Mac and Wallace, but she hasn├óΓé¼Γäót worked a PI case since the last one we all saw in the final episode of Season 3. She ruined her dad├óΓé¼Γäós chance for re-election and she decided that that path had caused too much chaos in her life. And so she hasn├óΓé¼Γäót worked a PI case in nine years. And when we meet her, she├óΓé¼Γäós sort of like where Tom Cruise was in the beginning of The Firm. She├óΓé¼Γäós between having graduated and taken the bar and she├óΓé¼Γäós interviewing at various law firms in New York.├óΓé¼┬¥
3. Amanda Seyfried will not be making haunting returns as Veronica’s friend, Lilly.
4. Expect to see a lot of father-daughter bonding between Veronica and Keith (Enrico Colantoni).
