When it comes to workouts, we assume that Nicole Richie does NOT half ass her fitness!
That’s why it’s okay that we jump to conclusions and make assumptions that she’s bench pressing cars, possibly SUV/crossovers! LOLz!
We kid, we kid — but Nicole Richie DOES look like she’s in fab shape, and we’re willing to bet it’s because of all the hard work she puts in at the gym! We might not know specifically what she does, but it’s working!
Let’s hope it’s something cool and high-impact, like bear wrestling.
