President Obama Angrily Declares This A 'Shameful Day In Washington' After Senate Denies Gun Bill!

Whoa! Our Commander-in-Chief is PISSED!
President Barack Obama spoke to the nation from the White House Rose Garden just minutes ago, but there was nothing rosy about his words or demeanor!
The U.S. Senate rejected gun legislation this afternoon that 90% of the American people supported and the Prez is FUMING mad!!!
The Manchin-Toomey bill was a modest proposal to amp up background checks at gun shows and on the internet, but the vote failed 54-46.
In what was very far from a concession speech, Mr. Obama assured his country that he would continue fighting against the wreckless sale of firearms and that this miscarriage of democracy should not be forgotten by the voters come Congressional re-election time!
Unafraid to point fingers, he says the gun lobby “willfully lied” to the American people and he shamed frightened members of Congress for for curtailing to the NRA‘s reactionary demands!
Clearly, the leader of the free world is taking this fight personally!
Standing next to the survivor Gabby Giffords and being introduced by the brave father of a child killed at Sandy Hook Elementary, this was perhaps the angriest we’ve ever seen him!
You go, Sir!!
Hopefully all his sound and fury will soon result in sensible legislation that protects our children!
