Seriously… does 90% really mean nothing to them??
After the overwhelming masses supported a modest gun bill to ensure stricter background checks for the purchase of firearms, the Senate cowered and DENIED the bill.
Blasted for their fear of the NRA, every single one of those Senators who voted ‘no’ has been called out for their “cowardice” by Gabby Giffords and countless others.
When President Obama said it was a shameful day in Washington, he wasn’t kidding!
Everyone — well, 90% of everyone in America — is FURIOUS right now.
Check out how the stars are responding …AFTER THE JUMP!!!
90% of Americans favor expanded background checks for gun buyers. Our senate failed. Our system is colossally broken.

Absolutely fucking shameful Senate. Hear this, gun nuts: WE are the majority. 90% of the country disagrees with you. AND WE ARE NOT DONE.

Hope all the gun lobbyists & impressionable senators that fought this gun bill never have their child’s school shot up by automatic weapons.
