Stylist Tara Swennen said:
“Last season, it was so funny because they called us out in The New York Times [that] Kristen had sort of hit every trend last year except for peplum! She├óΓé¼Γäós not a fan of peplum. I tried with 20 peplum dresses this year, and it was not happening! I├óΓé¼Γäóm trying to get her to the high-neck turtleneck thing. I├óΓé¼Γäóm trying to push her.”
Maybe that’s how the actress became Glamour UK’s Best Dressed Woman of 2013 — by giving one of the biggest trends of the year the cold shoulder!
