The 29-year-old (happy birthday!) was comfy down below in her velour track pants and black Uggs, but seksi up top in a sheer blouse that revealed her neon green bra!
Uggs in summer!? Her feet must have been sweatin’!
Khloe further lightened up her all-black ensem with an orange Goyard tote and turquoise manicure.
