Another legal victory for La Lohan!
D.N.A.M. Apparel Industries have decided to put their lawsuit against Lindsay Lohan on hold!
Even though they’re still suing her for $5 million after claiming that her “drug-addled image” cost them millions in profit, LiLo won’t be formally served papers “in a gesture of good faith and so as not to disturb her healing process” until AFTER leaves Cliffside Malibu in August.
How thoughtful of them!
