Dog Rescued From Fence Ends Up In Last Place You'd Expect

At first, this vid is pretty tough to watch.
A dog is caught in a fence by one of its back paws!
It’s so sad! The pup is whimpering and whining, stuck upside down, hanging from a fence it probably tried to jump but got caught in.
We’re assuming the property owner called the cops to come rescue the dog because it wasn’t theirs.
The cop even says he’s unsure if the dog will attack him once he frees the beast.
After cutting the dog loose, he runs away, and so the cop goes to find him, to make sure he’s okay├óΓé¼┬ª
And you won’t believe where the dog wound up!!
