Prince‘s music may have gotten great reception, but he himself doesn’t get any reception! Cellular, that is!
The pop legend implied in a recent interview that he doesn’t own a cell phone. When asked about if he owned an iPhone, he replied:
“Are you serious? Hell, no.”
Judging by his retro look and afro he sported for the cover shoot of V Magazine (above), which makes him look like a member of Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club, we wouldn’t be surprised if he still used a rotary, the Pony Express, or a raven from Game of Thrones to communicate.
Prince went on to mention that he mostly talks to his assistant, and that he rarely is in contact with the outside world. He went on to say:
“It├óΓé¼Γäós like a galaxy. The sun is in the center giving off energy, and everything revolves around it├óΓé¼┬ªThe sun is information. Nobody really talks to me. Nobody talks to me a lot.”
Who knew Prince was such a recluse? He may need to change his name to the Artist Formerly Known As Howard Hughes!
