Even though it’s mid-July, it must have been a really cold day in New York! Yes, in case you can’t tell, those are Miley Cyrus‘ nips showing through her dress.

She wore this on her way to her Good Morning America appearance in NYC earlier this week and we guess she thought her black dress was just a little too boring! Why not make things more exciting?!
