Airport security is enough of a hassle as is, so we can’t even begin to imagine why anyone would attempt to bring fake weaponry to ANY airport EVER!
But apparently some lady not only dared to wear high heels en route to her flight, she dared to wear high heels with fake GUNS used as the heel support a la Madonna back in 2008.
TSA immediately confiscated the shoes and the woman didn’t bother to put up a fight.
A statement was released about the incident, saying:
“The shoes were replica guns and voluntarily surrendered. No arrest was made and no report taken.”
The TSA also posted a picture (above) of the confiscated gun shoes to their Twitter account, with a caption saying:
“Also, what not to wear through a #LGA checkpoint.”
Meaning this woman’s fashion mishap is available for the public to look at and ridicule.
Just another day at the airport!
