Parks and Recreation is one of NBC‘s only returning comedies this season, but everything has changed — Rob Lowe and Rashida Jones are LEAVING!

It’s true!! The two superstars will stick around for the first half of the show’s sixth season, and then they’re saying sayonara forever!!

Ughh!!! What the hell?!

This horribly unpleasant news makes us want to douse our hair in gasoline and stick our head in St. Elmo’s Fire, LOLz/JK!

Rashida, a Parks & Rec cast-member from the beginning, and Sam Seaborn Rob, a super-seXXXy staple since season two, will be SORELY missed!!

We don’t envy Amy Poehler having to pick up so much slack!!!
