But it DESTROYED Simon!
A source close to the X Factor creator says he was NOT prepared to be a father, adding:
“To say Simon was shellshocked when Lauren told him she was pregnant would be an understatement.
The news stunned Simon because he absolutely had no plans on becoming a father at this time, if ever. Simon loves his life being single and not having to answer to anyone and that changes now.”
Well, he definitely has someone to answer to now! And the new boss should be arriving by stork some time next spring.
We’d feel a little bad for Simon, but hey, you make your bed, you have to lie in it. And if you lie in bed, sometimes the girl gets pregnant.
