And the sartorial struggle continues!
In the latest update of Kitson├óΓé¼Γäós ongoing battle over Brian Lichtenberg├óΓé¼Γäós “designer drugs” shirts, the El Lay boutique has tried to appease angered customers by donating profits from the drug-promoting line to the Medicine Abuse Project, a partner of DrugFree.org.
But instead of quieting anti-drug organizations with what smells like bribery, DrugFree.org is even more outraged!
They responded with a letter to Kitson saying:
“We would not entertain any direct donation from Kitson while you flagrantly, and without remorse, continue to sell these products.”
The organization also asked Kitson to remove their name from the website, which Kitson has since done.
The store still hasn’t given up on selling the shirts yet…but we’re guessing the lawsuits from Xanax, Vicodin, and Adderall will change that!
