Superman vs. Batman? Not today!
As you well know, Ben Affleck is set to play Batman in the Man of Steel sequel. The news caused quite a stir with fans, with multiple petitions asking for a recast for the role of Batman making their way around the internet and picking up steam.
So what can BATffleck do?! Well, how about let Clark Kent himself defend his right to star as the Dark Knight!
Smallville’s Tom Welling, who spent 10 years as the Man of Steel on TV, admires director Zach Snyder’s casting choice. The former Superman said:
“He’s a tremendous actor, he’s a wonderful director and I wish him the best.”
From one superhero to another, we should have faith in Affleck. Right??
With both Tom Welling and Joseph Gordon-Levitt‘s praise, do you think Affleck will soar above his predecessors?
