It was such great news that Gwyneth Paltrow had decided to make her Vespa safer after almost hitting a bus, but you know what’s even better?

Having a valid driver’s license, which Miz Paltrow DOES NOT!

The actress reportedly doesn’t have a M1 or M2 license in California, which is necessary to operate a scooter.

Gwyneth and Chris Martin relocated their family to El Lay earlier this summer and had 10 days to get a license, but neither of them did.

We applaud this mom├óΓé¼Γäós efforts to live a healthy life — minus the gross cigarettes — but she should try to follow the laws too. Sure, maybe Martin didn├óΓé¼Γäót know you├óΓé¼Γäód need another license, but he├óΓé¼Γäós not from America.

But Gwyneth, you should know better.
