Nothing like a pal to help you get through difficult times!
Rob Lowe is speaking out about rehab and recovery on Twitter, the same day press revealed his good friend Zac Efron went to outpatient treatment for cocaine addiction!
While Rob never mentions Zac’s name, we can’t help but think it’s his way of showing public support for his troubled friend.
On Wednesday, the Parks and Recreation actor shared a wise and supportive message on the social media site:
A thought: if you only find out a person has been to rehab weeks or months after they got out, they're probably serious about recovery.

The 49-year-old actor recently celebrated 23 years of sobriety earlier this spring, so maybe he’ll act as a sober companion to the Parkland actor!
Whatever happens, we’re glad people are there to support Zac’s mission to living a healthier life!
