Sexy Kelly Osbourne got engaged to her 18 year-old model boyfriend, Luke Worrall, last month.

And, shockingly, it seems the two are still together!

On Tuesday night, the two were spotted in London heading to Japanese restaurant, Sake No Hana.

Wonder if these two will actually stay together long enough to get married.
