Our dreams have been crushed!
We were still holding out hope that Joseph Gordon-Levitt would be caped out and kicking ass alongside Ben Affleck in the upcoming Batman vs. Superman flick.
But JGL admitted this week that as of right now, he has ZERO involvement in that film, despite the teaser at the end of The Dark Knight Rises that hints at him being the next Robin!
The Don Jon Don Juan stopped by the Tonight Show and set the record straight for Jay Leno. Joseph told him:
“I don’t know. I don’t think so. I don’t have anything to do with that movie. I was in a movie that was the end of a trilogy that I was super proud and fortunate to be in.”
Grrrr!!!
There’s still time for producers to cast Joe and we think they should SERIOUSLY consider it! Batman is going to need his right-hand man Robin if he hopes to have a fighting chance against Henry Cavill‘s Superman!
That’s just fact, people!
The Man of Steel sequel is expected in theaters in 2015!
