The rapper joined baby mama Kim Kardashian as she wheeled North West into a doctor appointment in El Lay on Thursday.
Kim looked cute in her all-beige outfit, and she was wearing flats, if you can even believe that!
Being a mother has changed her already! Ha!
Kanye hung behind as the family left the building, hoping that the paparazzi would get their fill of Kim and not him.
