This lady is probably thinking: I took your kids and THIS is how you repay me?!
Denise Richards apparently has to meet with workers from the Los Angeles County Department of Children & Family Services after her ex’s ex made some child abuse claims about the mommy!
Charlie Sheen‘s ex Brooke Mueller has claimed that Denise has physically abused her three daughters – Sam, Lola, and Eloise!
Brooke also accused Denise of touching her own sons – Bob and Max!
How would she know this? That’s for Brooke to know, and for us to never find out!
Here’s what a source said:
“It has been alleged that Denise not only physically abused the children, but neglected them as well. This is being taken very seriously by Denise. To say she is upset and disgusted by Brooke’s actions are an understatement. Under the law, the claims must be investigated. Social workers might want to interview Denise’s daughters and Denise will fight that. Her daughters don’t need to be dragged into this drama. They are children who are very well cared for and loved.”
We would be upset if this happened to us, too! We think ANY parent would!
Brooke apparently has no proof of her accusations, and hasn’t even seen Denise or her daughters in weeks!

“Denise now knows definitively that she made the best decision for her family by giving up being the temporary guardian for Bob and Max. If Denise actually wants a normal life, something she definitely doesn’t have now, than she not only needs to get away from Brooke Mueller but Charlie Sheen, as well!
