Kelly Osbourne was a wish come true at the Wishing Well Winter Gala held by the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The Fashion Police co-host looked like a complete and total vamp dressed in a curve-hugging black gown, featuring sheer sleeves and a waist-accentuating gold belt!
As she glided along the black carpet, we couldn’t help but pay attention to her lone accessories: sparkling gold jewelry.
But the real HIGHlight of her whole ensem had to be her braided lilac top knot!
