Oh boy!
Tom Cruise is involved in a BIG $50 million dollar lawsuit against the magazines In Touch and Life & Style for claiming that Tom abandoned his daughter Suri Cruise.
Well now the two super magazines are considering subpoenaing Katie Holmes, and having her come in to testify against her ex husband! And sources say a decision is likely to be finalized within the next couple of months!
You know what this means….This would reveal a lot of details about their divorce which they had previously kept under wraps!
Cruise’s team of publicists, managers, etc. have made certain accusations against Holmes’ team including claiming they told paparazzi where she was staying to somehow sway public opinion towards Holmes’ side.
Although we’re not sure how Katie Holmes can talk about anything in this case since she did sign a confidentiality agreement with Tom when they were divorced, but we’ll see!
We’re sure Katie is NOT happy – she probably thought she was done with all of this!
