Chris Gossage‘s new nickname might be the Leaky Cauldron after he divulged this top secret info!
Apparently, Chris, a lawyer at Russells Solicitors, told a friend of his wife that J.K. Rowling was the actual author of The Cuckoo’s Calling, a thriller novel which was published under the pseudonym of The Half Blood Princess Robert Galbraith.
Chris even told this chamber of secret without the use of Veritaserum!
Anyway, Chris’ friend tweeted it and the rest, as they say, is history!
As a result, J.K. has already received an undisclosed amount in the settlement with Russells Solicitors, which she donated to charity, and Chris has just received a fine of £1,000 ($1,645) for breaking client confidentiality rules.
