The hostesses with the mostesses have done it again!
Tina Fey and Amy Poehler MC-ed the Golden Globes like only they can last night. And millions tuned in to see their second shot at hosting!
The overnight ratings for last night├óΓé¼Γäós telecast prove that whatever they’re paying these funny ladies is WELL WORTH IT! The former SNL duo scored a 14.1 household rating and 21 share, which is up 8% from last year├óΓé¼Γäós Golden Globes!
This marks a seven-year ratings high for the Globes! Oddly enough though, the last time the award show had better ratings, there was no host!
Tina and Amy are confirmed for a third go-around for next year’s Globes too! Sorry, Taylor Swift.
We think maybe NBC should just hire them to host for life! Because we will NEVER tire of seeing them wise-crack all of Hollywood!
