No one messes with Sharon Osbourne!
She will eff you up – literally, as well as beat you in court.
Back in October 2007, Sharon sued Britain’s The Sun newspaper. She was apparently very upset that they published a false story accusing her of overworking her rocker hubby, Ozzy.
The story claimed she was “driving her frail husband Ozzy Osbourne to destruction.”
Sharon fought back, arguing that the allegations were “extremely distressing, hurtful and damaging.”
Well, Sharon has just won the case against the paper and The Sun has agreed to pay undisclosed damages and legal costs.
The pub’s attorney said they have since sincerely apologized and have accepted the claims to be untrue.
All money from the lawsuit will go to the Osbourne’s favorite charity….themselves!
