Wait, that’s it? That’s off the charts all right! Ordinarily, the legal limit is .08, so how does this score rate Justin a DUI with only a .04??
Simple. The .08 limit is the statute for adults! And since the Biebs is only 19, he is subject to a different law!
The legal limit in Florida for those under 21 is only .02, meaning Justin’s .04 was TWICE what he was allowed!
And that’s not even taking into account any drugs that might have been in his system. Justin may be facing some serious consequences here!
