It’s almost that time again, folks!
FIFA World Cup time!!!
And the first step toward a successful World Cup is a brazilliant official song, right?!
Well, they could have nailed it this year because Sony Music said the song We Are One by Pitbull is the one! The best part is that it features Jennifer Lopez too!
The World Cup will take place in Sao Paulo on June 12th, but the song will be released in a matter of months, along with the We Are One (Ole Ola) music video!
This fabulous announcement was made on Thursday in Rio’s awesomely named Macarena Stadium, where Mr. 305 said:
“I truly believe that this great game and the power of music will help unify us. Because we are best when we are one.├óΓé¼┬¥

If this song does well on the charts, it will be the third time a World Cup song has topped the charts, preceded by Shakira’s Waka Waka and Ricky Martin’s The Cup of Life.
Honestly, J. Lo and Pitbull are magic, so we’re sure whatever they dream up will instantly be on our party playlist!
