Honestly, we just feel bad for the kids!
Dance Moms star Kelly Hyland was recently ordered by the courts to stay away from her co-star Abby Lee Miller, but now Kelly is coming at her in a different way!
The reality lady is seeking FIVE MILLION dollars in punitive damages from Abby and the producers of the show whom she claims haven’t been paying her since a massive fight happened between the two!
The smack-down happened between the two during the filming of an episode. Kelly says she stood up to Abby for yelling at her daughters. However she was about to leave when Abby jumped in front of her and made a move towards her!
Kelly said:
“[She was] gnashing her teeth loudly attempting to bite [me]. “Miller is a very large woman, [and I think] weighs around 300 pounds or so.”
Kelly admits to slapping Abby and pulling on her head, but claims it was all in self defense! She then says the producers intentionally drove her to the airport and put her on a plane, in full knowledge that she’d get arrested for it, because it would make for great ratings!
So she’s suing all of them for assault, defamation, and breach of contract!
Guess we’ll see how that turns out in the not-so-far future!
