Lorde really is loving power suits lately!
It’s so 80s of her — which, ironically, is a decade she can only know through reruns of John Hughes movies and nostalgia listicles.
The 17-year-old performed at the second weekend of Coachella on Friday in a black suit worn with a tight white t-shirt and white sneakers.
We’d like to interpret it as a knock to the hippie/boho fashion so prevalent during the festival. Talk about subverting the norm! Go, Lorde!
The singer also had on black lipstick and let her wild curls fly all over the place while she performed.
Loves it! And we bet Hilary Duff loved it, too! Ha!
