And when you’re friends with Katy Perry, that’s all the darn encouragement you need!
Katy visited backstage at Saturday night’s performance to congratulate NPH- and pick up a couple pointers! She tweeted:

Aw! New bestiez?? Actually, they met years ago when Katy guest starred as an adorable ditz on a 2011 episode of How I Met Your Mother then teamed up again on The Smurfs!
But on Saturday Katy ditched the Smurfette blue and wore a dress to match her “slime green” hair! We are loving her look here! It’s so classic, SHE should be on Broadway!
