Well, that’s ONE way to respond to a divorce!
News broke the other day that Sherri Shepherd and her husband Lamar Sally were heading for a divorce, but it’s just starting to get tricky.
Not even mentioning the fact that Lamar wants FULL custody of their unborn child via surrogate, Sherri has FINALLY responded to the situation by filing her OWN set of divorce papers?!?
Uh… WHAT?!?!
Well, it turns out that Lamar had filed for a legal separation and Sherri went for the whole shebang and filed for divorce.
In addition to their separation, however, Lamar is ALSO looking to get their prenup invalidated due to fraud, because, apparently, in the wake of a divorce, he’ll only get $60,000 since they were married between 2-5 years.
Yikes!
Interestingly, he is the SECOND husband in recent years to file for fraud.
We wonder if his result will be any different than Kris Humphries verdict was!
Regardless, let’s just hope that this whole mess is cleared up soon and that their soon-to-be-born child isn’t affected by this!
