Despite unfollowing Selena Gomez via Twitter this past weekend, Demi Lovato still has her friend’s frenemy’s back.
Demi actually told reporters recently to leave Selena alone!
But she didn’t just stop with defending Selena, Demi also voiced her opinion about Miley Cyrus and other grown up child stars.
When asked to comment on Miley’s celebrity persona by We Love Pop magazine, Demi said:
“You know what, I think the world needs to get over the fact that [Miley] was Hannah Montana when she was 16.
Nobody knows her, nobody really knows who I am, and the same with Selena, and [the] Jonas [Brothers], and everyone that has grown up in front of the public eye. We├óΓé¼Γäóre adults now.”
Good for you Demi! Stand up for your fellow Disney brethren.
But noticeably left out of Demi’s support is Justin Bieber. Providing further speculation that Selena’s friends aren’t really on board with her on-again off-again relationship with the Biebs.
