Bad boy Justin Bieber was caught partying with Chris Brown Tuesday night at Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood — a club co-owned by David Arquette.
JB was seen clearly sipping’ on a Heineken, which is a real no-no, since the singer isn’t 21 until March!
The club is permitted to admit people under 21 because it serves food, but they definitely shouldn’t be underage serving such a massive celeb in the age of cell phone cameras!
The California Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control is aware of what went down, and the club could be subject to a fine.
On top of that, insiders have found out that law enforcement is going to step up undercover operations to monitor what goes on inside the club — even though they have a clean record.
Seriously, Justin?! You ruin the fun for everyone!
