Jack and Rose Leo and Kate forever!
We all know anyone who still holds a candle for Titanic also holds a candle for a possible romance between Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet.
But unfortunately for fans of the flick, that HAS never happened and WILL never happen. And it’s not just because Kate is happily married. Well, that’s probably a big part of it.

Srsly though, Kate and Leo and have been friends for years, and the fact that they never started up a romance back in the day is exactly why they’ve been able to maintain their bond. But why didn’t they ever start up a romance??
Kate revealed to Marie Claire:
“It’s so disappointing for people to hear that, because in the soap opera of the Kate and Leo story we fell in love at first sight and had a million snogs, but actually we never did. He always saw me as one of the boys. I’ve never really been a girly-girl.
We needed each other to lean on because we were very young and working all kinds of crazy bloody hours and it was a shock to the system.“
Welllll, that is pretty sweet in its own right. Although, if you’ve ever seen Kate in one of her HOT red carpet ensembles, then you know she’s far from “one of the boys.”

Even though we know she’s probably going to stay happily married to Ned Rocknroll, don’t mind if we keep the Kate and Leo fantasies alive in our minds!
