Kesha's Abuse Lawsuit Against Dr. Luke Gets Complicated With Release Of Email From Her Mom Making Demands & Threats To Ruin Him

We don’t know what to make of this.
Kesha recently filed a lawsuit against Dr. Luke claiming that he physically, emotionally, verbally, and sexually abused her when she signed on with him when she was 18 years old.
Then Dr. Luke responded by claiming that everything she said was a lie and this is all a plan to extort him.
Now, we’re getting more information about the interactions between Dr. Luke’s side and Kesha’s side as an email from about a year ago has reportedly been uncovered.
The email is from Kesha’s mom, Pebe Sebert, and was reportedly sent to his lawyers demanding that Dr. Luke release her daughter’s music publishing rights or he would be outed for what he allegedly did to Kesha:

“We, me and Kesha and her friends, like Lady Gaga, are going to make all of this Really PUBLIC, in the next few days. Luke date raped Kesha when she was 18. Nicky Hilton‘s birthday? Paris Hilton‘s house? Luke gave Kesha pills. She ended up naked in his hotel room 2 days later. No longer a virgin?
Do we all want this to come out? Either Luke releases Kesha from all legal contracts, and gives me back all my publishing, or we, Kesha and I, tell the truth.
And if I wind up dead, TRUST ME, IT’S IN WRITING TO CALL YOU AND LUKE.”

We’re sure this won’t be the last development we hear about in this confusing case.
Whatever happened between these two, we hope the truth comes out soon.
