The divorce between Stephen Collins and his ex, Faye Grant, just got a whole lot uglier.
On Wednesday, Stephen demanded a whopping sum of $1 million from Faye for the damages she caused by secretly recording his child molestation confession.

Not only does Stephen claim his wife had no right to secretly record him in therapy, but he also alleges that SHE was the one who LEAKED the audio — even though Miz Grant has feverishly denied.
While yesterday’s hearing was delayed due to a dispute Faye had with her lawyer, we have a feeling the judge might deny Stephen’s request anyway…
Considering it IS legal for someone to be secretly recorded in California — if that person was suspected of committing a violent felony.
We guess we’ll have to wait and see how this new development turns out!
